Dr. Q is grateful to work alongside a team that collectively has decades of experience. As the beating heart of our practice, our Maplewood dental team has a reputation for being happy, cheerful people, and always uplifting patients and helping them feel right at home. Saida, Business Manager
Raised in Atlanta, GA, Saida is an amazing asset to our team, and she’s grateful to be able to work alongside a passionate group that cares about taking care of people. She loves being able to see people with dental anxiety, dislikes, and fears be transformed because of being in a comfortable and stress-free environment. Knowing that she plays a major role in this is very rewarding.
Saida studied at Tennessee State University and has experience in office management and administrative support. Away from the dental office, Saida loves being with her husband, Dr. Q, and their four children. She also enjoys working with the seniors and youth at her church, hand embroidering, listening to music with the windows down in the summer, and being present.
Brigitte, Office Administrator
Brigitte has been in the dental field for well over a decade, and she’s a welcome addition to our team at Hilltop Dental. She enjoys the challenge of juggling operations, patient care, and leading the team, and she loves the reward of building long-lasting relationships with patients. Her goal is to ease patients’ anxieties and make a tangible difference in people’s access to care by creating financial solutions. Brigitte attended Inver Hills Community College and has received training in HIPAA compliance, insurance and billing coding, scheduling, and dental terminology.
From Minnesota, Brigitte has two young children who are full of joy. They love being outdoors and watching movies together as a family. They are truly the best gift God has given her. Outside of the office, she enjoys going to church, the gym, and trying out new restaurants. An interesting fact about Brigitte is that she’s a really good salsa dancer!
Victoria, Sterile Tech
Victoria has been in love with dentistry since she was a little girl. She earned her dental education at Century College and has more than 20 years of dental experience. She’s always happy to help those in need!
Victoria has two grown children as well as a fur baby named Dakota. In her spare time, she likes to go hiking, biking, and kayaking.
Brandy, Licensed Dental Assistant
Originally from Minneapolis, Brandy graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Herzing University. She has certifications in EFDA, BLS, and IV sedation, and also earned her Restorative Functions certification through the U of M. She’s happy to have a job that lets her help other people feel better about themselves.
Outside the office, Brandy loves to travel with her husband and four children. She also enjoys being involved in community service and running her own salon!
Gaozong, Dental Assistant
Gaozong has built a strong foundation in dental care, working alongside a variety of doctors and holding her radiology license. She is currently pursuing a biology degree at Metropolitan State University with plans to attend dental school after graduation. She loves connecting with patients, sharing meaningful conversations, and helping them feel comfortable during every visit.
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Gaozong is the youngest of eight siblings. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys playing bingo, shopping, and exploring new restaurants, though nothing beats a home-cooked meal. She’s a fan of Korean dramas and used to compete in first-person shooter games like Valorant, even streaming her gameplay on Twitch!
Karla, Patient Coordinator
Karla has close to a decade of experience in the dental field and is known for her calm, welcoming presence. She completed a Full Arch Master's class and earned her certification, which expanded her understanding of comprehensive dental treatment. She especially enjoys the friendly, supportive environment and working alongside her team.
A Minnesota native, Karla is the oldest of two sisters and has a dog named Oreo. She enjoys reading, doing nails, and spending time with family and friends. Quiet by nature, she’s always curious and loves learning new things!
Adaiza, Care Coordinator
Adaiza is a dental administrative professional who enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. She is passionate about creating a warm, positive atmosphere where every patient feels cared for and supported on their journey toward the smile they want!
Originally from Georgia, Adaiza comes from a close-knit family and values support, encouragement, and togetherness. Outside of work, she loves singing, spending time with family and friends, and staying active. One fun fact about her is that she has a strong passion for music.
