Jubilee Rest at Hilltop Dental
A Rhythm of Rest and Renewal
At Hilltop Dental, caring for our patients begins with caring for the people who serve them. Throughout the year, we observe Jubilee Rest periods—intentional times when our team steps away from daily work for rest, reflection, and renewal.
This rhythm allows us to return refreshed and better able to serve our patients with the attentiveness, compassion, and excellence they deserve.

What Is Jubilee Rest?
The idea of Jubilee comes from an ancient rhythm of rest and restoration. Throughout history, communities have recognized the importance of stepping away from constant work in order to restore both people and purpose.
At Hilltop Dental, we have chosen to incorporate this rhythm into the life of our practice.
Several times each year, our team observes Jubilee Rest periods—intentional time set aside for rest, reflection, and renewal. During these times, we pause from our regular work so that our team can return refreshed and able to care for patients with the attention, compassion, and excellence they deserve.
Healthcare is deeply relational work. It requires focus, patience, and presence. By honoring rhythms of rest, we believe we are better able to offer the kind of care that truly serves our patients.
These Jubilee times are not simply time away from work—they are part of our mission to sustain a healthy team so we can continue providing thoughtful, high-quality care to our community.
We are grateful for the understanding and support of our patients as we practice this rhythm of renewal.
It is truly a privilege to care for you.
